Terms & Conditions

  • All costumes must be returned on the LAST DAY OF HIRE. 
  • Return your order using the returns label we have emailed to you once your order has been made.
  • We take no responsibilities for any delays out of our control such as courier service/strikes.
  • Responsibility of the costumes hired are the hirers until we have received them back.
  • In the event of any lost or damaged items, we will contact you direct and offer a chance to replace/return. You will be responsible for replacing/returning or price matching the item/s.
  • In the event we cannot get hold of you, you card will be charged the hire fee and continue until the costumes is returned/replaced.
  • Stains such as fake tan, red lipstick, make up must be used cautiously, any stains may result in the item needing to be replaced. 
  • Late returns will be charged again at 7 days hire price.
  • Changes to orders can be made up to 30 days before hire start date, to change an order this must be done through the contact form. 
  • Please pack the returns using the box/bags they were delivered in.
  • All orders can only have 1 start date and 1 return date
  • All orders take 72 hours to process, pack, and send. Please ensure this gives you enough time if making a last minute booking.
